Can I use BukFast for my homestay or hotel?
Yes. BukFast supports multi-night date-range bookings with check-in/out times, min/max night rules, and capacity controls. Works for homestays, villas, apartments, and boutique hotels.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests book with just their name, email, and optional phone number. No sign-up, no password. This reduces friction and increases conversion rates.
How does payment work?
You choose: no payment at booking (free for guests — zero platform fee), collect full amount, or take a deposit. Paid transactions have a RM0.50 platform fee. Free bookings count toward your plan's monthly free booking limit. Paid bookings are unlimited on all plans. Payments via Stripe.
Can guests add bookings to their calendar?
Yes. After booking, guests get a confirmation with one-tap add to Google Calendar (web) or iOS Calendar (iPhone/iPad). They can also share the booking via WhatsApp.
Can guests reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Each booking gets a manage link. Guests can reschedule or cancel without logging in. You control the policy: cancellation window hours, max reschedules, and notice period.
How fast can I start accepting bookings?
Most businesses set up in under 10 minutes. Create your business profile, add services or rooms, set availability, and share your booking link. That's it.
Can customers book multiple time slots at once?
Yes. When multi-slot booking is enabled for a service, customers can select several non-overlapping time slots in one session — perfect for court sports, studios, or any appointment service. They fill in their details once and get one combined confirmation, with each slot individually manageable.
