Keep multiple bookings disabled unless patients genuinely need several sessions on one day. Use custom fields for operational information, not unnecessary sensitive medical details.
- Booking window: commonly 1–90 days.
- Minimum notice: 24–48 hours when preparation is needed.
- Payment: pay at visit, deposit, or full payment after Stripe is connected.
- Put urgent-care instructions in Global Terms / Notes; online booking is not emergency triage.
